Lawless Lawyers and Arnab Goswami

Is there any difference between the set of lawyers who attacked and assaulted the JNU Students Union President Kanhaiya Kumar at the Patiala court premises and Arnab Goswami who bullied and intimidated Umar Khalid in his news studio? 





Both were presumably pillorying alleged "anti-nationals" for the ostentatious reason of defending nationalism. The only difference was one was using brute physical force whereas the other one was using brute vocal force. Both were irrational in their acts, lacking the faculty of reason or intelligence.

While we can hope that the judiciary will punish the culprits for violence inside the court, do you think the same judiciary, however proactive it may be, will take Suo moto action against Arnab Goswami for his vocal violence inside the studio? 

Do you think Mr. Goswami should get away with such vitriol however noble his intentions may be? Mind you, the intentions of the patriotic lawyers were no less nobler!
