Labour Laws for Digital Workforce!

Good to see that, in order to support the rising trend of work-from-home culture all over the world, Portugal has taken the lead in revising the labor laws as applicable to the digital workers!

 
As the first and only country with a Minister of State for Happiness, with the main responsibility to harmonize all government plans, programs and policies to achieve a happier society, let us hope that Her Excellency Ohood Bint Khalfan Al Roumi, would implement similar measures in the UAE too to set a worldwide trend for the betterment of the society.

 

Though remote working may come to and end in the post-pandemic era, this is of paramount importance because most companies are planning a hybrid model for the future.
