Our comprehensive 14-day stay at the Ayurvedic hospital, Arya Vaidya Sala - Kottakkal , concluded on Tuesday, March 24. This period was dedicated to my wife Vasantha 's intensive treatment for two persistent conditions: she suffers from leg pain and non-diabetic peripheral neuropathy, both stemming from her long-standing autoimmune condition, Sjögren’s syndrome .
