Governance of India Outsourced!

India is the first and the only nation in the world to have outsourced the governance of the country to an external agency.

Outsourcing is the business practice of hiring an external party to perform services that were traditionally performed in-house by an organization's own staff. The talent-rich India is the world's preferred outsourcing destination for IT services since the early 1990s.

However, how many of us realise that India has been practicing outsourcing in a unique domain for seven decades, since it gained independence in 1948? 


Yes, India is the first and the only nation in the world to have outsourced the governance of the country to a foreign agency for 16 years .
